Best Facelift Surgeon in London
Since Dr Kremer’s arrival in London facelifts have been one of his most requested procedures. The facelift is a major surgical procedure whose purpose is to improve the appearance of the face, jaw area and neck. The improvement is achieved by tightening of the skin and facial muscles and, where needed, removal of fat. The degree of improvement varies from individual to individual, and is influenced by the physical traits of the skin, and the amount of sun damage, the underlying bone structure, and a variety of other factors.

Necklift Surgery
Neck Lift
When the signs of ageing referred to as ‘turkey neck’ appear they can cause many people to feel self-conscious, and in serious cases can result in conditions such as anxiety and depression. What’s more, the neck often ages faster than the face (as do the eyelids), which can cause disparity between the two, with the aged neck giving a patient’s age away. Signs of an aging neck can begin in the late thirties and are often the reason for a patient to see a plastic surgeon.

Every city has its stories. Mine are told from Harley Street, where women share their unfiltered truths about beauty, ageing, and confidence.
From boardrooms to school gates, video calls to birthday candles, I see how beauty shapes not only how we see ourselves — but how the world chooses to see us.
That’s why I created Beauty and the City: a bi-weekly column blending wit, culture, and my perspective as a plastic surgeon in London.
Not a series about vanity, but about agency. About reclaiming beauty as presence, not pressure.

Dual-Plane Facelift
Deep Plane & Vertical Dual-Plane Facelift in London
The deep plane facelift, originally described by Sam Hamra in 1990, utilises a plane of dissection below the superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) of the midface. This approach allows the resection of key facial retaining ligaments. This very important step in facelift surgery makes a maximum mobilization of the superficial soft tissue of the face possible. The facial skin and the SMAS can be lifted together. To hold the skin-SMAS flap in the desired/rejuvenated position sutures are only required at the level of the fascia/SMAS and not in the skin, the deep plane technique creates a tension-free skin closure and ensures long-term results.
